No. Anything stocked can be bought without seeing anyone. What a consultation adds is knowing which of it applies to your skin, and in what order.

Can I get these cheaper somewhere else?

Sometimes, and we would rather you knew that than found out later. We stock what we use in clinic and write into plans, at the price it costs. Nothing here is exclusive to us as a way of forcing the purchase.

What if I buy the wrong thing?

Ring before you buy if you are unsure — it is a shorter conversation than a return. Plans name ingredients rather than brands precisely so a product can be swapped without unpicking the whole routine.

Surface Radiance Cleanse

A wash-off cleanser with mandelic, salicylic and lactic acids. Short contact time, so it exfoliates lightly.

Three acids in a rinse-off cleanser: mandelic and lactic (alpha hydroxy acids, working at the surface) and salicylic (a beta hydroxy acid, oil-soluble, so it reaches into the pore). Because it rinses, contact time is brief — the lightest way to bring acids into a routine.

Twice a day is the maximum rather than the instruction. On drier or currently reactive skin, once a day, or only when a deeper cleanse is wanted.

Made for normal to oilier skin. Sources disagree about salicylic acid in pregnancy — ask your GP or midwife, and expect the answer to vary.
