Where do I park?
One space is kept for clients directly outside the clinic — Space 23. If it is taken, there is visitor parking at the end of Ebony Close. Please use those two only; the remaining spaces belong to neighbouring businesses. The entrance is not obvious from the street, so ring if you cannot find it and someone will come out.
How far is it, really?
Springvale sits in Melbourne’s south-east, close to the Monash and a few minutes from Springvale Road. Approximate off-peak driving times — traffic is traffic, and these are a guide rather than a promise.

- Around 15 minutes
- Glen Waverley, Wheelers Hill, Mount Waverley, Oakleigh, Chadstone, Cheltenham.
- Around 20 to 25 minutes
- Carnegie, Bentleigh, Caulfield, Box Hill, Rowville, Berwick, Camberwell, Malvern.
- By train
- Springvale station is on the Pakenham and Cranbourne lines. The clinic is in Springvale Business Park, a short ride from the station.
- Further out
- A fair number of clients drive up to an hour, from Brighton, Berwick and beyond. Worth knowing when you plan the first appointment, which runs ninety minutes.
There is no second location and there is not going to be one. One clinic, one set of nurses, one standard.

Send an enquiry below — it’s answered during opening hours. Many questions are already answered on the FAQ page, no email required. If your enquiry is about a medical concern, please speak with your GP: that sits outside what the clinic can advise on in writing.

The practical things people ring to check.
Answered here so you do not have to call to find out.
How quickly will someone get back to me?
Within one business day for an email, and usually the same day. The phone is faster and it is answered by someone who works in the clinic rather than a booking service.
Can I email a photo and ask what it is?
No, and it is worth saying why rather than just declining. Naming what something is, is a diagnosis, and it cannot be done responsibly from a photograph — not by us, and not by anyone. Anything that needs identifying belongs with a GP or a dermatologist, and we will say so in the room too.
I have never been to a clinic like this. What actually happens?
You sit down and talk for most of it. The first appointment is ninety minutes and the majority is questions — what you have used, what your skin does in different seasons, what you have noticed yourself. Nothing is done to your skin on the day unless you have booked a treatment.
Is there anything I should bring?
Whatever you are currently using, if it is easy to carry — the actual bottles rather than a list, because the ingredient panel matters more than the name on the front. If that is impractical, photographs of the labels are fine.
