Nurse-led cosmetic clinic · Springvale

Stop guessing what your skin actually needs.

A registered nurse assesses your skin properly — ninety minutes, $150 — and you leave with a written plan that’s yours to keep. Whether you book anything after that is up to you.

A plan, before a treatment.

Sound familiar?

Most people arrive here after years of trial and error.

A cabinet of products that were never matched to your skin. Advice that changes with whoever is selling. Maybe a treatment somewhere that felt more like a transaction than an assessment.

Wanting to know what’s actually going on before you commit to anything is reasonable. That’s the appointment.

“I can’t tell what works from what’s marketing.”

Every product and clinic promises the same things. An assessment replaces the guessing with a documented read of what your skin is doing.

“I’ve already spent a fortune on this.”

Most people have. A plan tells you what to stop buying as well as what to start — and the consultation is the only thing you have to commit to.

“I don’t want to be sold to.”

The consultation is the product. It’s priced on its own, the plan is yours to keep, and leaving without booking a treatment is a normal outcome.

“I don’t want to be judged for what I’ve been doing to my skin.”

Nobody here is going to. Most of what people do to their skin was recommended by someone selling something. We start from where you are, not from where you should have been.

“I don’t have time for a twelve-step routine.”

Then you won’t be given one. A routine you won’t follow isn’t a plan — the number of steps is built around what your week actually looks like.

“I don’t want to look done.”

Neither do we. Treatment is staged in the order your skin can use it, and sometimes the honest recommendation is to wait.

The pattern

Your skin is not random. It runs to a pattern.

Most people are handed a skin type — dry, oily, sensitive — and it explains almost nothing about why this month looks different from last month.

A pattern is the more useful unit. It describes how your skin tends to behave under pressure, through a cycle, on no sleep, in recovery. It is also the thing a nurse can plan against, which a label never was.

Finding yours takes about five minutes. Working out what it means for your face takes ninety, in a room in Springvale, with a nurse, for $150.

How we use it

6 ARCHETYPES
How it works

Three steps. The first one does most of the work.

Skin planning is the discipline of assessing before recommending. It’s why the first appointment is ninety minutes, not fifteen — and why you leave with a document, not a quote.

01 Consultation

Ninety minutes with a registered nurse. History, what your skin is doing now, and what you’ve noticed yourself. $150.

02 Your written plan

What suits your skin, in what order, over what period — treatments, skincare, timing. Yours to keep, wherever you take it.

03 Treatment, to the plan

Delivered when timing supports it, reviewed as your skin changes. Sometimes the review says nothing needs to change — that’s the plan working.

Treatments

Every treatment. Every price. Published.

Skin treatments carried out in clinic by a registered nurse, each inside a plan. No packages, no quote-on-request. Where a price is fixed, it is the price in the room. Where the work varies, the starting price is here and the exact one is confirmed before we begin — never after.

Straight answers

Some of what we won’t do is the point.

We won’t recommend before we assess.

If there’s no assessment, a recommendation is just a sale. Every treatment here follows a documented plan.

We won’t promise an outcome.

Skin varies, and it responds over time. We’ll tell you what we expect to see — and what we don’t know.

We won’t always say yes.

Sometimes the honest answer is wait, or not this, or not yet. You’ll hear it, with the reason.

We won’t discount you into a chair.

No packages, no offers, no countdowns. The price is the same whenever you’re ready.

All questions

What happens at a skin consultation?

A skin consultation at Glow Cosmetique is 90 minutes with a registered nurse: your history, your current routine, and a full assessment of what your skin is doing now. It costs $150 and ends with a written skin plan you take home. It’s an assessment, not a treatment appointment, and nothing has to be booked afterwards.

Do I need a treatment, or just better skincare?

Honestly — we don’t know until we’ve assessed. Often the first stage of a plan is skincare and timing, with treatment later or not at all. The plan tells you which, and why.

Is the consultation fee credited toward treatment?

No — and that’s deliberate. The consultation is the product: the assessment and the written plan are what you’re paying for. It keeps the advice clean, because nothing about the appointment depends on selling you a treatment.

Can I bring a plan from another clinic?

Yes. And the plan you get here works the same way in reverse — it’s written to be useful to you anywhere, not just at Glow.

A plan, before a treatment.

Know what your skin needs. In what order. And why.

One appointment replaces the guesswork with a written plan — and whatever you decide to do with it, it’s yours.
