Taliha-Paige Maggs is a registered nurse, and she built Glow around the thing that experience is missing: an assessment that happens before any recommendation. The first appointment is ninety minutes, costs $150, and ends with a written plan you keep. Whether you book anything after that is your decision.
That order isn’t a style choice. It’s the whole clinic.

Glow is a small team. Every consultation is carried out by a registered nurse, and every treatment follows the plan that consultation produced — whoever delivers it.

How do I check the nurse is actually registered?
Search the AHPRA public register at ahpra.gov.au. It is free, it takes about a minute, and it shows registration status and any conditions. We would rather you did it than took our word for it, and it is worth doing for any clinic you are considering.
Will I see the same person every time?
For assessments and anything involving a clinical judgement, yes. It is a small clinic and continuity is most of why a plan works — someone who saw your skin twelve weeks ago can tell what has changed.
Is a small clinic a risk compared with a big one?
It is a fair thing to weigh. A larger clinic has more staff and longer opening hours. A small one has the same person reading your skin each time and no internal pressure to fill a treatment room. Neither is universally better, and you should choose on which of those matters to you.
Why are there no reviews or before-and-after photos?
Both are restricted for regulated health services in Australia. Testimonials about clinical care are prohibited outright, and before-and-after imagery for prescription-only treatments is restricted under AHPRA's cosmetic guidelines. It is why cosmetic clinics look strangely quiet compared with every other business you deal with.
