No. Anything stocked can be bought without seeing anyone. What a consultation adds is knowing which of it applies to your skin, and in what order.

Can I get these cheaper somewhere else?

Sometimes, and we would rather you knew that than found out later. We stock what we use in clinic and write into plans, at the price it costs. Nothing here is exclusive to us as a way of forcing the purchase.

What if I buy the wrong thing?

Ring before you buy if you are unsure — it is a shorter conversation than a return. Plans name ingredients rather than brands precisely so a product can be swapped without unpicking the whole routine.

Eye Serum

An eye serum with caffeine, four peptides and light-diffusing mineral pigment. The last step before sunscreen.

Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor. Hesperidin methyl chalcone and dipeptide-2 are used in eye formulas for related reasons — fluid and microcirculation rather than the skin itself. Four peptides sit alongside them, with alpha lipoic acid, cucumber and green tea extracts.

The honest part: it also contains titanium dioxide and silica, which diffuse light. Some of what you see immediately after applying it is optical, and it comes off when the serum does. That is not a criticism of the formula. It is worth knowing which half is which.

Half a pump to one pump, under and around the eye.

Suits: Around the eye, morning, as the last step before sunscreen.

Not for: Anyone who reacts to lanolin. Keep it out of the eye itself.
