Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate at 3% in a light jojoba base, sized for the eye area. A morning step, 7ml.

Vitamin C as tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate at 3% — the oil-soluble ester — in an anhydrous jojoba and silicone base with vitamin E. Ten ingredients in total. There is no water in it, so it carries none of the preservative load a water-based eye cream needs.

Applied in the morning across the brow bone and under-eye area, avoiding the eyelids.

Whether the eye area needs its own Vitamin C is a fair question, and the honest answer is that most routines do not require it. Ask at your consultation before you add a step.
