No. Anything stocked can be bought without seeing anyone. What a consultation adds is knowing which of it applies to your skin, and in what order.

Can I get these cheaper somewhere else?

Sometimes, and we would rather you knew that than found out later. We stock what we use in clinic and write into plans, at the price it costs. Nothing here is exclusive to us as a way of forcing the purchase.

What if I buy the wrong thing?

Ring before you buy if you are unsure — it is a shorter conversation than a return. Plans name ingredients rather than brands precisely so a product can be swapped without unpicking the whole routine.

Retinal (retinaldehyde) in a lipid-rich eye base — shea butter, squalane and ceramide NP, with phytosterols and linoleic acid. Around the eye the skin is thinner, which is why the base does as much work as the active.

This is the lowest rung of the eye line. Medik8 publishes no percentage for it, only the rung number and an instruction to match the strength you use on your face. We will not invent the figure.
