Do I need a consultation to buy from here?

No. Anything stocked can be bought without seeing anyone. What a consultation adds is knowing which of it applies to your skin, and in what order.

Can I get these cheaper somewhere else?

Sometimes, and we would rather you knew that than found out later. We stock what we use in clinic and write into plans, at the price it costs. Nothing here is exclusive to us as a way of forcing the purchase.

What if I buy the wrong thing?

Ring before you buy if you are unsure — it is a shorter conversation than a return. Plans name ingredients rather than brands precisely so a product can be swapped without unpicking the whole routine.

A leave-on treatment with salicylic acid at 2%, azelaic acid and niacinamide. Made for small areas, not the whole face.

Salicylic acid at 2%, azelaic acid and niacinamide in an alcohol base that flashes off quickly, with octadecenedioic acid and tocopherol. Salicylic is oil-soluble and works inside the pore; azelaic acid is a dicarboxylic acid and works at the surface.

Apply a small amount with a clean finger, morning or evening, and let it dry. A short tingle on application is expected.

This is targeted, and it is not meant to be spread across the face — an alcohol base is drying at that scale. Patch test 24 hours before first use.

Actives: Salicylic Acid (BHA) 2%, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Azelaic Acid

Suits: Normal to oilier skin, applied to small areas.

Not for: Broken or currently reactive skin. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask us first — reputable sources disagree on salicylic acid.
