Do I need a consultation to buy from here?

No. Anything stocked can be bought without seeing anyone. What a consultation adds is knowing which of it applies to your skin, and in what order.

Can I get these cheaper somewhere else?

Sometimes, and we would rather you knew that than found out later. We stock what we use in clinic and write into plans, at the price it costs. Nothing here is exclusive to us as a way of forcing the purchase.

What if I buy the wrong thing?

Ring before you buy if you are unsure — it is a shorter conversation than a return. Plans name ingredients rather than brands precisely so a product can be swapped without unpicking the whole routine.

Niacinamide at 5% in a richer base with hemp seed oil and a stable Vitamin C ester. No exfoliating acid in this one.

The same 5% niacinamide as the lighter cream in the range, carried in a heavier base. Hemp seed oil is high in linoleic acid and sits lighter on skin than its weight suggests. Vitamin C is present as ascorbyl tetraisopalmitate, an oil-soluble ester — more stable than L-ascorbic acid, and milder with it.

There is no exfoliating acid in this formula. That is a deliberate difference rather than an omission: it is the version for skin that wants the barrier ingredients without anything asking it to turn over faster.

Morning, after cleansing. It can also be used at other times as a plain moisturiser.

Actives: Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate (Vitamin C), Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) 5%, Hyaluronic Acid

Suits: Normal to drier skin, and skin that is currently reactive.

Not for: Oilier skin may find it heavy under makeup.
