Camu camu is a South American fruit, and Vitamin C is what it is grown for. This is the whole fruit, certified organic, dried and put into capsules — not an isolated ascorbic acid. No Vitamin C figure is stated for it, and the content of a whole food shifts with the harvest.

Three capsules a day with a large glass of water or juice. The capsule casing is gelatin, which is animal-derived, so it will not suit you if you are vegetarian or vegan.

This is a Vitamin C you swallow. It is a different product from a Vitamin C serum and does not stand in for one.
