Can I get these cheaper somewhere else?

Sometimes, and we would rather you knew that than found out later. We stock what we use in clinic and write into plans, at the price it costs. Nothing here is exclusive to us as a way of forcing the purchase.

What if I buy the wrong thing?

Ring before you buy if you are unsure — it is a shorter conversation than a return. Plans name ingredients rather than brands precisely so a product can be swapped without unpicking the whole routine.

A refill bottle, identical in formula: gluconolactone at 5.5%, a polyhydroxy acid with a larger molecule than glycolic or lactic, so it works more slowly through the surface.

Transfer the pump you kept from the previous bottle and twist clockwise until it clicks. This is not a first purchase — no pump is supplied with the refill.

Made for most skin states, morning and evening. If you already use an acid serum or a Vitamin A at night, once a day is likely enough.
