No. Anything stocked can be bought without seeing anyone. What a consultation adds is knowing which of it applies to your skin, and in what order.

Can I get these cheaper somewhere else?

Sometimes, and we would rather you knew that than found out later. We stock what we use in clinic and write into plans, at the price it costs. Nothing here is exclusive to us as a way of forcing the purchase.

What if I buy the wrong thing?

Ring before you buy if you are unsure — it is a shorter conversation than a return. Plans name ingredients rather than brands precisely so a product can be swapped without unpicking the whole routine.

The 150ml refill for Press & Clear. Same formula — salicylic acid at 2% with tranexamic acid. Keep your existing pump.

A refill bottle, identical in formula: salicylic acid at 2%, a beta hydroxy acid that is oil-soluble and works inside the pore, with tranexamic acid alongside it acting on melanin signalling rather than on the surface.

Transfer the pump from your finished bottle onto the refill and twist clockwise until it clicks. Buy this only if you already have that pump — on its own the refill will not dispense.

Made for normal to oilier skin, once daily to begin. Sources disagree about salicylic acid in pregnancy; ask your GP or midwife.
