A single-ingredient powder: Australian food-grade bentonite clay. One level teaspoon into a large glass of water, stirred well and drunk straight away rather than left to stand, because it settles.

The directions ask you to avoid metal utensils when mixing it. We pass that on as it was given to us.

We stock it because clients ask for it. We are not going to tell you what it does — that is not a claim we are in a position to make, and a shop that makes it confidently is telling you something it cannot know.

It binds, and a binder does not choose between your lunch and your medication. Leave two hours either side of any medicine or supplement. And if you take medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your GP or pharmacist before starting any oral supplement — that is their area and not ours.
