No. Anything stocked can be bought without seeing anyone. What a consultation adds is knowing which of it applies to your skin, and in what order.

Can I get these cheaper somewhere else?

Sometimes, and we would rather you knew that than found out later. We stock what we use in clinic and write into plans, at the price it costs. Nothing here is exclusive to us as a way of forcing the purchase.

What if I buy the wrong thing?

Ring before you buy if you are unsure — it is a shorter conversation than a return. Plans name ingredients rather than brands precisely so a product can be swapped without unpicking the whole routine.

Hydr8 B5 Intense

Panthenol and sodium hyaluronate with urea, sodium PCA and amino acids. A denser humectant serum than Hydr8 B5.

The same idea as Hydr8 B5, built out. Panthenol and sodium hyaluronate sit alongside the components of the skin's own natural moisturising factor — urea, sodium PCA, trehalose, glyceryl glucoside and a long list of free amino acids.

Lactic acid appears on the ingredient list, and it is worth being clear why: here it is an NMF component near the end of the list, not an exfoliating strength. Do not buy this expecting an acid serum.

Six drops morning and evening, before moisturiser. Like any humectant, it wants something occlusive over the top.

Made for most skin states, and for drier skin in particular.
