Sodium hyaluronate and panthenol in water. Seven ingredients, and a humectant serum with nothing else in it.

A humectant serum: water, panthenol (Vitamin B5), sodium hyaluronate and calcium pantothenate, with one preservative and citric acid to set the pH. Seven ingredients in total.

Humectants draw water and hold it in the upper layers of the skin. They do not seal it in — that is what the moisturiser over the top is for, and this serum does considerably less without one.

Six drops after cleansing, morning and evening, before moisturiser.

Made for most skin states. There is very little in it to react to.

Actives: Hyaluronic Acid, Panthenol (Vitamin B5)

Suits: Most skin states, including skin that is currently reactive.

Not for: Not a moisturiser on its own — a humectant needs something occlusive over the top.
