Retinal at 0.06%. The third rung of the Crystal Retinal ladder, for skin already comfortable at 0.03%.

Retinaldehyde at 0.06%, in the same base as every other strength in the range — three forms of Vitamin C, sodium hyaluronate, cloudberry seed oil and Vitamin E. Retinal converts to its active state in fewer steps than retinol, which is why it works at lower strengths.

The middle of the ladder is where a good number of people stop, and that is a legitimate place to stay. Nothing about this range requires you to reach the top of it.

After any long break, phase back in even at a strength you have used before: twice a week, then alternate nights, then nightly. Two pumps at night, moisturiser after, sunscreen the next morning.
