Retinal at 0.03%. The second rung of the Crystal Retinal ladder, after a full tube of the first.

Retinaldehyde at 0.03%. Retinal converts to its active state in fewer steps than retinol, which is why the ladder runs in hundredths of a per cent rather than whole numbers. The base is the same at every strength: three forms of Vitamin C, sodium hyaluronate, cloudberry seed oil and Vitamin E.

Moving up a rung is not a reward for finishing the last one. It is worth doing when your skin is comfortable nightly at the strength below and you want more, and worth skipping when it is not.

Two pumps at night to face and neck. Moisturiser after. Sunscreen every morning you have used it.
