Three peptide ingredients — palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, palmitoyl oligopeptide and teprenone — in a water-based serum with sodium hyaluronate and glycerin. Peptides are short chains of amino acids, included as signalling ingredients rather than as exfoliants, which is why this layer does not need the build-up period an acid or a Vitamin A does.
