Skincare Regime Planning.
Skincare Regime Planning is a $150 consultation with a registered nurse about what you use at home. It starts with what’s on your shelf now, assesses what your skin is doing, and ends in a written regime — what to use, in what order, and what to drop. No treatment is part of it.
Is this the one for me?
This is for the cabinet of products that were never matched to your skin. You’ve bought things on recommendation, on reviews, on whatever was convincing at the time — and you still can’t say which of them your skin actually needs, or in what order to use them.
It also suits people who don’t want treatment at all. A regime consultation ends in a written routine, not a treatment recommendation. If the assessment suggests something beyond skincare, it goes in the plan as a note — the decision stays yours.
What happens?
The consultation starts with what you use now, because the regime has to fit a real routine, not an ideal one. Bring your products with you, or a written list of everything you’re using — either works. Reading the actual labels is how a registered nurse sees what duplicates what, and what isn’t suiting your skin.
Your current products and how you actually use them — morning, night, and the steps that get skipped when life is busy.
A registered nurse assesses what your skin is doing now and what it can take — because the right regime depends on capacity, not ambition.
What to use, in what order, at what time of day — and what to drop. Kept simple enough to follow on an ordinary Tuesday.
What do I leave with?
A written regime that’s yours to keep. It records what the assessment found and what follows from it — including the products already in your cabinet that earn their place. It is not a shopping list. If something you already own suits your skin, the plan says keep it.

The questions people don’t ask out loud.
Usually asked while holding a bag of products.
Will you tell me everything I own is rubbish?
Unlikely, and it is not the point of the appointment. Most shelves have two or three things doing real work, several doing nothing much, and occasionally one actively getting in the way. Sorting them into those three groups is most of the value, and it is free of judgement — nearly all of it was recommended by someone selling it.
Do I have to buy your products afterwards?
No. The plan names ingredients and timing rather than brands, so it works with what you own and in any pharmacy. We stock what we use in clinic because clients ask for it, not because the plan depends on it.
Can this be done on a small budget?
Usually, and it is one of the more common briefs. A regime is mostly about order and consistency rather than price — and the fastest saving is normally stopping something, not adding anything.
How is this different from Skin Quality Planning?
This one is about what you use at home. Skin Quality Planning is about what your skin is doing and what in-clinic work would suit it. Both are $150 and ninety minutes. If you are unsure which you need, ring and describe the problem in a sentence — it is usually obvious from that.
