Book a consultation.
Most people arrive here carrying a quiet history. They have read widely, followed advice carefully, tried consistency and patience — and still found things unclear.
This is ninety minutes to look at that properly. Not to fix anything, and not to decide anything today. You leave with a written plan in language that makes sense, and nothing in it asks you to do more simply because it exists.
Already set up with a portal?
Your follow-up appointments book in there, where your nurse and your intervals are already on record — and they are held with a $100 deposit that comes off the price on the day, rather than the $150 consultation fee.

Your details
Glow Cosmetique Queensland Pty Ltd collects these details to book and confirm your appointment and to keep your clinical record. Anything you tell us about your skin or health is sensitive information and is held with the same care as the rest of your record. Your details are stored in our practice system (HubSpot) and your payment is taken by Stripe — we never see or keep your card number. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. You can ask to see or correct it at any time. Full detail is in our privacy policy.
The time and how to get ready. Your payment receipt comes either way, and it names Glow Cosmetique, never the treatment.
Nothing is held until it is paid — then it is booked, straight into the diary. We will email you a link to set up your portal so you can see it.
Why is a consultation the only thing I can book online?
Because it is the only appointment that does not depend on something a nurse has to assess first. A consultation is ninety minutes of assessment, so nothing has to be known about your skin before you arrive. Treatments are booked afterwards, with intervals and suitability decided by the nurse who saw you — and once you have had a consultation, you book those from your own portal rather than from here.
Do you offer injectable treatments?
We can’t answer that on a public page, and neither can any other clinic in Australia. Prescription-only medicines cannot be advertised to the public, and stating that a clinic offers one is a form of advertising it. That is the law rather than our preference, and it applies whatever you have seen elsewhere. Bring the question to a consultation, where a nurse can answer it properly.
Is the $150 fee credited toward treatment?
No — and that’s deliberate. The assessment and the written plan are what the fee pays for. Keeping the fee separate from treatment keeps the advice clean: nothing about the appointment depends on selling you anything afterwards.
Do I have to book treatment after the consultation?
No. The consultation is priced as a complete appointment: $150, ninety minutes, ending with a written plan that’s yours to keep. Leaving with the plan and booking nothing is a normal outcome — the plan is written to be useful at home or at any clinic.
What if I need to move or cancel it?
Give us seven days’ notice and the payment moves with the appointment, or comes back to you. Inside seven days it is forfeited, because the time was held for you and cannot be filled that late. Ring the clinic on 0466 310 045 and we will sort it out.
I have been to Glow before — should I book here?
Sign in to your portal instead. Your plan, your nurse and your follow-up intervals are on your record, and the appointments that follow a consultation are priced from it — a follow-up is held with a $100 deposit that does come off the price on the day, rather than the $150 consultation fee.
