At Glow Cosmetique, we’re always up for a challenge, but this week, our very own Paige (Practice Manager) (Arts & Crafts Director) went above and beyond—and with the help of the YouTube tutorial world—created something truly special: Our Christmas Gift Boxes.

The Big Ask: Christmas Gift Vouchers for a Local Business

It all started with a request from a local business looking for an extra-special way to thank their staff. They wanted vouchers “elegantly packaged” for Christmas. Naturally, we I accepted the challenge (Sorry Paige!). Over the past week, we gathered all the materials, printed everything we needed, and prepared for the big assembly day.

Paige’s Journey to Bow-Tying Mastery

Fast-forward to today: I was fully booked in the clinic, so Paige was left to embrace her arts and crafts experience from pre-school for assembling, cutting, fitting, and—most importantly—making the gift boxes look incredible. It wasn’t long before she found herself knee-deep in ribbon and frantically Googling, “How to tie the perfect bow.”

With determination and a sprinkle of holiday spirit, Paige turned to YouTube for guidance. After a few (okay, maybe many) failed attempts, she emerged victorious! The bows were tied, the boxes looked fabulous, and we all agreed: Paige’s effort deserved a standing ovation (and maybe a glass of mulled wine).
