Post-Treatment Care for Exosome Treatments

Following these post-treatment care instructions will help you achieve the best results and avoid unnecessary complications:

Immediate Care

• Avoid Touching the Area: Refrain from touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area for at least 24 hours to prevent irritation or disruption.
• No Additional Treatments: Avoid other skin treatments, including fillers or anti-wrinkle injections, for at least two weeks post-procedure.
• Ice Packs: Apply cold compresses or ice packs intermittently to minimise swelling and discomfort.
• Bruising and Swelling: These are normal side effects. Avoid alcohol while areas are swollen or bruised, and apply arnica oil 2-3 times daily to reduce bruising.

Daily Maintenance

• Gentle Cleansing: Use a mild, non-irritating cleanser to gently clean the treated area. Avoid harsh products for several days.
• For Hair Growth Treatments: Avoid washing your hair or scalp for two days after the procedure to allow the treatment to settle effectively.
• Sun Protection: Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen to protect the treated areas from UV exposure. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent irritation or discolouration.
• Avoid Heat Exposure: Stay away from saunas, steam rooms, and hot baths for at least 48 hours to reduce the risk of irritation or swelling.

Activity Restrictions

• No Strenuous Exercise: Refrain from vigorous activities or anything that raises your heart rate for 24-48 hours following your treatment.
