Glow Cosmetique is a boutique cosmetic clinic in Springvale, Melbourne, specialising in cosmetic injectables, skin rejuvenation, and evidence-based cosmetic treatments. We are known for creating a welcoming, personalised experience for our clients while delivering professional, natural results.
Our team is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, well-spoken individuals to join us two new roles.
Cosmetic Nurse Injector
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cosmetic Nurse Injector to join our team. You will work alongside and under the guidance of our senior nurse injector’s, who have over 6 years experience in the industry.
Nurse Injector Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience performing cosmetic injectables
- Proven competency in dermal filler treatments including: Lip filler, cheek filler, chin filler.
- Trained and experienced in anti-wrinkle injections (Botox and/or Dysport).
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and relative insurances.
- Evidence of treatment outcomes: before and after images (anonymised and compliant with patient consent requirements).
- Willingness to learn and perform skin treatments – this is in addition to the services we provide as nurses (peptide facials and advanced skin treatments like Cosmelan).
Not an experienced cosmetic injector? Training facilitation may be available for the right candidate to train into this role in future. Must be AHPRA registered; must also have personal indemnity insurance.
Clinic Co-ordinator | Skin Therapist
This is someone wanting to be in the space of skin and can add to our Glow experience with clients. Your contract role (approx. 30 hours per week) will be a mix of administration hours and skin treatments. You will be responsible for bookings, client calls, re-bookings, stock ordering and day-to-day clinic coordination. Skin treatment role will be a separate contract – this will ensure you’re billing us for those hours at alternative rate in addition to tje admin hours. Clinic Co-ordinator and Skin Therapist Role
Core responsibilities:

Managing bookings, re-bookings and client reminders

Handling phone calls, emails and client enquiries

Coordinating stock ordering and supplier communication

Overseeing day-to-day flow of the clinic, ensuring smooth operations

Supporting marketing tasks such as follow-up calls and email communications

Exceptional consultation skills – this translates to conversation as soon as a client walks through the door.

Confidence in treatment planning across the full face as a cosmetic nurse and skin therapist. Admin roles will understand the basics and will learn the Glow way of treatment planning.

Ability to work collaboratively within a boutique, client-focused team with great communication skills.
