Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Skincare Specialist who is passionate about skincare and dedicated to delivering personalised treatments that achieve visible results. As part of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their skin concerns and develop tailored treatment plans that meet their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Personalised Consultations: Provide expert skin consultations both in person and digitally to assess client concerns and recommend tailored treatment plans and skincare products.
- Perform Advanced Treatments: Administer professional skincare treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, microneedling, and hydrating facials.
- Product Recommendations: Educate clients on suitable skincare routines and recommend products to complement their treatments.
- Client Care: Build trusting relationships with clients by providing excellent care, clear communication, and consistent follow-ups.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the skincare industry to provide cutting-edge treatments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including cosmetic injectors and social media managers, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Skincare Specialist or Dermal Therapist.
- Relevant certifications in skincare, beauty therapy, or dermal therapy.
- Proficiency in advanced treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, and LED light therapy.
- In-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, and recommended treatments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry with a client-first approach.
- Ability to create personalised treatment plans and achieve outstanding results.
